Head of Marketing

Why does this role exist?

OS.labs is a ten-person digital agency in Pécs, Hungary, on a serious growth trajectory. We are looking for a senior professional leader to raise the quality of our creative output: someone who builds strong, research- and consumer-psychology-driven strategies for our clients, and then carries them through the team, from concept to execution.

Your mission

Your first 12 months have a single focus: elevating OS.labs' creative and strategic work to award-winning level. You will establish a unified strategic framework, raise our creative standards, and together we will launch a reference project with genuine award potential within a few years.

What you will do

• Develop client strategies grounded in research and consumer psychology
• Provide creative leadership: set direction and quality standards for marketing, design, copy, social and PPC work
• Bridge strategy and execution, so the daily work serves the concept
• Mentor and develop the team
• Build our award strategy and grow the agency's professional visibility
• Contribute to winning higher-value clients

Who we are looking for

Must-haves

• Proven track record in an agency environment in a similar leadership role (Marketing Director, Head of Strategy, Creative Director)
• Experience leading a creative or marketing team, with successful campaigns to show for it
• Strong positioning, branding and consumer-psychology expertise, you understand and connect the strategy → psychology → design chain
• High standards, strong presentation and persuasion skills, a mentoring leadership mindset

Nice-to-haves

• Awarded work or award-submission experience
• Experience across a mixed B2B and B2C client portfolio
