The Product

VOSZPort is a free digital business-administration platform that makes life easier for Hungarian SMEs – from invoicing to customer management, everything handled in one place.

The Challenge

The product and the audience were there – all that was missing was visibility and trust.

VOSZPort launched in May 2023. A year later, in July 2024, the VOSZ team reached out to us to build a community around the platform and spread the word to the entrepreneurs it could genuinely help.

The Approach

Three key decisions that set the direction

Facebook focus

The target audience – middle-aged, digitally literate entrepreneurs – is most reachable on Facebook. They show up more dynamically and freely there than in the sometimes forced business setting of LinkedIn.

Video format

We introduced short-form video. Not ads, but real stories – where genuine entrepreneurs talk about their own experiences.

Precise targeting

We narrowed the circle: we targeted sole traders and micro-businesses aged 35-55 who already use some kind of digital tool. The PPC campaigns reinforced this direction.

The Power of Video

Real people, authentic stories

The biggest breakthrough came from the mini-interviews: short videos where real entrepreneurs talk about their own situation and how the platform helped them.

Why did it work? Because viewers recognised themselves: they saw entrepreneurs of a similar age, in similar shoes, speaking in their own words rather than reading a script. The format fit too: 30-60 second, mobile-friendly videos that people actually watch to the end.

The Website

The face of the platform

Alongside community building, we also built the VOSZPort website – to clearly communicate the platform’s benefits, present the services, and encourage visitors to register.

Lead generation

Downloadable content that brings in the audience

Besides social media, we created free, downloadable materials that deliver value to entrepreneurs on their own – while introducing them to VOSZPort and the wider field. Our first such piece was the guide “Tax returns for sole traders – 5 points where the tax authority tends not to be lenient.”
