The challenge

In today’s recruitment market, traditional ads that push people to external career pages increasingly just “burn money”. Classic website-redirect campaigns are expensive and barely convert because of complicated application flows. While social media’s built-in forms (Meta Instant Forms) are a technically sound way to cut drop-off, companies have nonetheless been wary of them.

That’s because companies didn’t want incoming candidates dumped into a hard-to-track, static and chaotic Excel sheet where data gets lost and recruitment statuses can’t be followed. They were looking for a modern, dynamic system where candidates can be managed, organised and tracked transparently and actively.

For one of our partners the challenge was even greater: they already worked with their own HR software (ATS), so manually copying data from new sources would have created a huge amount of extra admin and room for error.

Our solution

We built Krewly for exactly this gap — a cloud-based recruitment software that ends the era of Excel sheets.

Krewly connects directly to Meta’s ad systems, so people who fill in a Meta form land straight in the platform. You can manage them right inside Krewly: set statuses, add notes and organise candidates.

During development we went much further: at our partner’s request we built full integration with an external HR and applicant-tracking system too. That means leads coming in through Krewly are automatically pushed, in real time, into the company’s own existing HR system — so recruiters don’t have to learn new tools.

How it works

A few clicks, that’s it

We designed the platform so that submitting a recruitment request takes a company just a few clicks. The process is endlessly simple:

Sign-up and company profile

After quickly creating an account, the company builds its own profile.

Post a position and add questions

The user creates the job ad and configures, right in the interface, which custom pre-screening and qualification questions we should ask candidates on the Meta form.

Launch campaign and pick a package

The company sets the recruitment parameters — where the ad should run, for how long and with what budget — choosing from transparent packages pre-built into the software.

Automated recruitment

We receive the request from the system, immediately launch the optimised ads, and validated, pre-screened candidates start arriving within seconds.

Tested in the field

We didn’t test the software’s efficiency and scalability in theory: we deployed it live at a staffing-agency partner across many different position types, so we have serious market experience and proven results about how the platform performs.

Does it work for white-collar roles too?

There’s a stubborn myth in the industry that instant, in-platform form applications only work for blue-collar, high-volume physical jobs. When designing Krewly we knew full well that this technology performs outstandingly for white-collar and more complex, specialised positions too.

We proved this most strikingly during live tests of the software — among others, for complex sales and engineering positions.

For premium or shortage occupations the market often sets extreme expectations for candidates, which only a fraction of professionals meet, and among active job-seekers there simply aren’t enough relevant people.

With Krewly, though, we aimed at passive job-seekers: those who don’t scour job boards but are present on social media. Using the built-in intelligent pre-screening and qualification questions we filtered out irrelevant applicants, so in under 30 hours 6 highly qualified, relevant candidates came in — and the perfect professional among them successfully started the job.
